Hawk's Nest has been designed in the Caribbean-villa style with high roofs and broad expanses of window giving the villa a casual, light, and airy interior.

Continuous balconies also make the most of the hillside location and its breathtaking views over Deadman's Bay and the yachts anchored in the harbor 150 feet below.

Away from the sea, the back windows offer a contrasting view, looking through the woods and along the flank of the mountain. The bedrooms have a view of the harbor and the ocean.

The villa's 3,626-square-foot interior provides everything guests need for luxurious island living, from its inviting living area and spacious master bedroom, to its media annex and "inspirational" furniture, to its comfortably designed dining area.

Just off the main living area, three bedroom suites, each feature large bathrooms with separate shower and two-person Jacuzzi soaking tub. And no less attention has been focused on the flower filled garden area with its inviting pool and all-day sun. Upon request, there a two-bedroom nanny's quarters with a living area and two baths is available for a fee.
