General Resort Information

• Car Rentals are available for $55 and $70 per day, fuel excluded.  The cars are suitable for four and ten people respectively.  A BVI driver's license can be obtained for $10.

• Excellent Bonefishing is available for the half-day ($200) for full day ($350).

• Kayaks are available for rent by the day or week.

• We operate a shuttle bus service from the Hotel to the beautiful northern shore beaches for snorkeling and swimming.  The rate is $6. per person, round trip.

• The full service restaurant at our hotel offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails.

• The Hotel can provide provisions for your stay in the Villa, Gatehouse, or Cottage.  Ask us for a provision list

Rates are per Night and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each room occupant.  I.e., One person's meals are included for a single booking, two people's meals for a double booking.

Setting Point Villa

Situated on the southern side of Anegada, the villa sits on a long white sandy beach with magnificent views of Virgin Gorda and Tortola.  The house, having been redesigned in 1998, is tastefully decorated in a fresh and fashionable scheme.  It has central air conditioning with two separate zones, the bedroom wing and the main house.   Trade winds are captured throughout for those who prefer the fresh Caribbean breeze.  The house is set on 2.15 acres of private grounds with lawns down to the sea.  It's a brief walk along the beach to the Anegada Reef Hotel.

Accommodations comprise four bedrooms, one king-bedded, two queen, and one twin-bedded.  The king and one queen both have private bathrooms with showers. The twin and other queen have a shared bathroom with shower and access from either bedroom.  All the bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto the tiled patios and have views over the gardens to the sea on the south side of the house and over the lawns on the northern side.

The great room has a spacious lounge and dining area overlooking the sea.  The kitchen is open plan and has a full gas oven, electric ceramic cooking top, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and steamer.  There are ocean views on three sides of the kitchen.  There is a bar area directly across from the kitchen into the lounge so guests can have a drink whilst dinner is being prepared.

The Gate House

The Gatehouse, a romantic hideaway on the southern shore of Anegada, has a long, white sandy beach and magnificent views of Virgin Gorda and Tortola.  The Gatehouse has been newly converted and has fresh. fashionable decor.  Trade winds are captured throughout and tiled patios provide sitting and sunbathing outside the bedroom and lounge (which are also air-conditioned).   The Gatehouse is set on 2.15 acres of private grounds with lawns down to the sea.   The Anegada Reef Hotel is a short walk along the beach.

The king size bedded suite has a private bathroom with outdoor "garden" shower.  The lounge, with glass sliding patio doors looks across the lawns to the sea.  The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, steamer, coffee machine, and a full size electric cooker with oven.

Nutmeg Point Cottage

The Nutmeg Point Cottage is located on bonefishing flats, one of a horseshoe of twelve wooden cottages.  The Nutmeg Point Cottage is a twenty-five minute walk to the Anegada Reef Hotel which has resort facilities.

The air-conditioned cottage has two suites, each with private bathroom and shower.  One has a king-sized bed, the other a queen.  Wooden decks off the bedrooms and lounge provide nice sunbathing areas.

A lounge/dining area with breakfast bar and kitchen provide comfortable accommodation.   The fully equipped kitchen has a full gas cooker with oven and a fridge/freezer for food storage.  A coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and steamer are also provided.

We also provide beach towels and a beach umbrella.  Snorkel gear is available for rental.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT

A deposit of half the total amount due is necessary on booking. This can be by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), Travellers cheques or personal cheque on a USA bank.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

One clear month's notice necessary for refund. 
$100 will be forfeited for a cancellation.
If less than one month notice, no refund of deposit unless house/villa can be re-booked, then also $100 will be forfeited.

How to Get Here

Because we are a unique and remote resort here is a checklist to go through when you make your reservations. It may take a little time, but it is well worth it.

While you do the following please remember that scheduled air service to Anegada from Beef Island/Tortola and from St. Thomas on Clair Aero runs according to the schedules which follow.  If these times are not compatible with your schedule, you can arrange a reasonably priced private charter through Clair Aero or Fly BVI.
