A beautiful English Loyalist Settlement - where the Clock has been turned back to the Eighteenth Century.

Almost all the residents trace their ancestors back to the American Loyalists - and because of this face, the Settlement has narrow quaint streets with Pastel Clapboard Houses perfectly painted from the Roofs to the Foundations.

The warm, gracious hospitality of the people is really enhanced by their smiling faces - and even helpful mannerisms.

All the people are hard working and dedicated - with great old-fashioned family values.  (There is zero unemployment.)

• Children from infant size to six years do not increase the price per week rate structure
• Pets are not permitted
• Smoking inside the villa is NOT permitted
• Check-In time is 1:00pm - Check-out time is 10:00 am.  These times have been established to ensure the highest standard of complete preparation of the Villa for all of my arriving Guests.  In this way, we can maximize your total comfort while staying at Villa Pasha, and that of my arriving guests.
• An additional golf cart can be arranged at a rate of $38.00 a day.
