Christmas & New Years - $75,000 per week. (min. two week rental)
December 15, 2005 - May 01, 2006:$60,000 per week.
May 02 to December 15: $40,000 per week.

Living room, filled with magnificent Italian crafted furniture, boasts panoramic views of the ocean, sunset, tropical flowers and floral gardens as the fragrance of a gardenia and jasmine lanai follows you right up to your private room.

Whether your fancy calls for laps in the heated Olympic size pool surrounded by coral granite, coral umbrellas and coral cushioned lounge chairs or lobbing the ball on a full tennis court with viewing stands and lights for night time play you will find it at the Villa Exclusivity. There is even a licensed helicopter pad is on site allowing for transfers from St. Maarten / St. Martin directly to Villa Exclusivity.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and roundtrip transfers are included in the above rates.

**Exclusivity is designed for adults. It is not recommended for children under ten years of age. Exceptions to this rule will be taken under consideration on a case by case basis.
Optional: Meal Plans - Lunch and Dinner $80.00 per person per day.

Deposits and Cancellations:
To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% is required.

Final Payment:
The balance is due 60 days in advance of arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposit and cancellation terms are strictly applied, therefore travel insurance is recommended.

Night and day security is 24 hours.

Exclusivity has a staff of fifteen who are trained to be invisible until you require their services.

Full time staff is on the premises from 7:am until 10:00pm with staff services available after 10:00pm on a per hour basis. Check with concierge about rates.
